A small pharmacy in The Hub
Vitamed Pharmacy is an independent, Asian-owned pharmacy at 448 E 149th Street in the South Bronx. We’re a small team. When you call, a person picks up, and when you have a question, you ask the pharmacist directly.
We speak English and Spanish, so ask about your medications, your insurance, or what to take for a cold in whichever one is easier for you.

Do you deliver? Does it cost anything?
Yes, and it’s free with no minimum. We deliver anywhere in the five boroughs, plus Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and upstate New York. Call (718) 954-9494 to set it up.
Do you take Medicaid?
Yes. We take Medicaid and most insurance plans. If you’re not sure about yours, call us with the plan information and we’ll check.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to Vitamed?
Call or stop by with your name, your date of birth, and the name of the pharmacy you use now. We’ll contact them and move your prescriptions over, usually within a day.
Does anyone there speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Spanish, at the counter and on the phone.
